A lot of restaurants/cafes nearby. Calm area, good for work. It is at an elevation compared to the seaside but that wasn’t an issue for us. Also maybe a change of the sheets & a deep clean of the couch would be great. Noise insulation is very poor.

The apartment is well prepared and equipped with all necessary amnesties like washing a d drying machine, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, ironing board and iron. It was nice to have spare tablets for dishwasher and a washing machine. The property management is always available and quick to solve problems. Nothing major that comes to my mind, it was all good.

We stayed in this apartment for 9 days — there were three of us, and the space was more than enough. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to help. We especially appreciated his useful recommendations — both for local attractions and practical things like waste disposal. The location is great: close to shops, the beach, and public transport. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommend!

Vi hadde en kjempe fin opplevelse hos Bert! Verten svarte fort og kom med en gang hvis det var noe Leiligheten var kjempe fin men var litt mindre enn det vi hadde forventet ellers var alt perfekt! Vi fikk ekstra sengetøy og håndklær og det var bare bra kommunikasjon hele veien😊 Taxi fra leiligheten var veldig rimelig så det var et pluss Ellers så koste vi oss veldig i leiligheten og kommer nok tilbake igjen

Nice place, exactly as in the photos. Communication was confusing due to several people writing and asking the same questions. I was also asked to sweep the floor before check out even though there was cleaning fee paid.

I had such a wonderful stay here! Apartment was exactly like the photos - very spacious and had everything I needed. The apartment is in such a great spot too, handy to the promenade and plenty of bars and restaurants. Bert was extremely helpful with local recommendations and always responsive. Easy clear instructions on how to check in and out too. Great stay!

My partner and I had a great stay. We were both studying for an exam and the area was very peaceful which made it easy to focus. Everything was very clean and the instructions for accessing the property were clear and easy to follow. The fridge also had some lovely welcome drinks and a bottle of water on our arrival. We are animal lovers so we also really loved watching the cats in the neighbouring garden from the balcony :) I would definitely stay here again!

몰타에서 국외연수(교육) 3달간 머물렀던 숙소입니다. 매우 깨끗하고 신속한 응답이 돋보였으며 3층이라는 점이 매우 마음에 들었습니다. 덕분에 몰타에서 편히 지내다가 갑니다.

Very cozy apartment with excellent location.

Beautiful apartment and spotless, fab WiFi and Netflix on large flat screen television very welcome. Absolutely everything you need including a wonderful kitchen, fridge freezer etc…Small balcony to enjoy the sunshine in the morning. Taxi had no problem finding it and could drop us off right outside. The shops, bars and restaurants are not far away, but please bare in mind that there is a very steep hill to navigate on the way home.

Great place to stay, Bert was prompt to respond to enquiries. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. We found the bed particularly big and comfortable. The shower room is well equipped, small, but does the job. The TV was enormous but it doesn't have any channels so you have to bring a firestick or similar or cast what you want to watch. The location is excellent for going to bars and restaurants with an extremely good restaurant just a few minutes walk away down the hill - Grana Trattoria - opposite which is a large supermarket. The apartment is on the third floor not the first as listed but there is a lift, also bear in mind that it is on a very steep hill. Parking is very challenging as is the driving so since the apartment is very well located we found using Uber or Bolt to be comparable in price to hiring a car and much less stressful. All in all we would recommend staying here.

Right form checking in to check out , our stay was fantastic. Everything was in place and the modern amenities helped in making the stay comfortable . I am sure i am going to visit Malta again and to Bert's apartment because of its ambience , value location and comfort. Malta is strict about garbage disposal and so we needed to comply but liked that with a zero carbon goal ,such steps are a must.For a budget traveler like me everything was close by ,took a Bus pass at the airport and zip zap zoom across malta, the bust stop is just round the corner. Overall the weather was so fine , it just added sugar to spice. Thanks Bert and hope you keep it up.

Bert went above and beyond for our stay, easy to work around awkward check-in/check-out times due to our flight times and had everything needed in the apartment. Location was close to Valetta ferry and promenade shops, very close to food shops and pharmacy which is useful to have in case of emergency, even though it is easily accessed the quietness around the apartment meant for a relaxing break. Would recommend, great host, great gaff and all round great spot for a break away

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. check in was very easy, the appartment was very modern, clean and tidy and also had everything you needed. Also the recommendations that Bert gave to us where brillient and would recommend the thai massage, main food shop, cafe and the many restaurants which we tried ! Everything was very easy to get to within walking distance and the ferry accross to Valletta only costs 3.80 return too for a great day trip. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would like to come back myself, thank you 😁

필요한것들이 잘 갖춰져서 잘 지냈습니다 Card Key가 있어서 편리합니다 Ferry와 bus stop에서 걸어서 갈수있고 주변에 식당과 마켓이 있어서 편리하지만 대부분의 몰타가 그렇듯 언덕을 올라가야하는 위치입니다

The apartment was nice. Bert is a great host: he was quick to answer and gave great recommendations. The only downside for us was that it didn't have a proper blanket, but rather a sheet and two thin soft covers. When we asked for a blanket, we got a third soft cover. It was fine in terms of temperature, just not very comfortable to sleep under so many layers.

l'alloggio di Bert era pulito, comodo e ben attrezzato. abbiamo trovato comodo utilizzare la cucina con i vari utensili tutti peefetti. La camera ampia e piena di confort. il bagno un po piccolo e senza bidet. La posizione strategica perché comodissima per Silema, Valletta e st Julian. Bisogna solo considerare che dalla via principale c'è una discreta salita da fare, per noi è andata benissimo ma chi ha un passeggino o fa fatica a camminare può essere utile saperlo. Preciso anche che Bert ci ha sempre risposto tempestivamente.

The apartment is new and everything in it is pristine. It is on the third floor not on the first as listed, but this is not a problem as there is a lift. The bed was very comfortable and the area peaceful so sleeping was great! Centrally positioned so walking to all areas not a problem. When we needed to contact Bert he responded positively and quickly. Thanks Bert.

Clean, modern apartment in the middle of Sliema. The neighborhood itself is quiet, yet you’re just a couple minutes walk away from the main spots, restaurants and bars. The smart tv, aircon, washingmachine etc. make it a modern and laidback place to stay during your holiday. Do note that -just like the rest of Malta- finding parking space is difficult. We were lucky most nights though, and could find parkingspace right down the street. Would recommend.

Siamo stati veramente bene presso questo Airbnb e spero di ritornare presto da queste perti. La casa di Bert e perfetta per una vacanza a Malta e perfetta per lo svago o per lavorare da remoto sia da soli in coppia o con un neonato come nel nostro caso. L'alloggio presso cui abbiamo soggiornato è splendido, nuovo completamente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio e design. Nell' alloggio oltre alla TV e i climatizzatori sono presenti anche lavatrice asciugatrice e lavapiatti. L'area nelle vicinanze e tranquill e residenziale e rimane a pochi passi dalla movida locale, il traghetto per la capitale e circa 10 min da casa e dalla spiaggia sabbiosa della Balluta bay. Consiglio a tutti di passare qualche giorno della propria vacanza da queste parti per divertirsi e rilassarsi.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Bert. L'appartement est juste magnifique, on y trouve vraiment tout, ce qui rend le séjour très confortable. L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bien!

Un bel appartement refait à neuf dans une rue calme du quartier de Sliema à proximité de diverses activités, commerces et bus. Bert est facilement accessible et donne pleins de conseils intéressants (restaurants, visites etc.). L’appartement dispose de tous les équipements et de la climatisation. Les instructions pour l’entrée dans l’appartement sont impeccables !! A noter toutefois que l’ascenseur de l’immeuble ne paraît pas avoir été mis en service… Dommage également que l’on ne puisse pas déposer les valises avant l’entrée dans l’appartement . Nous recommandons et merci pour tout Bert.

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour chez Bert. Le logement était impeccable et parfaitement équipé. Bert est très réactif et répond tout de suite à la moindre question. Le quartier est très pratique et très bien situé. il est facile d'aller d'un côte à l'autre de Sliema, de prendre le ferry pour La valette, ou pour faire un tour en bateau. Les boutiques sont à 2 pas. J'ai trouvé des petits restaurants délicieux (en particulier un restaurant libanais de grande qualité), des endroits pour prendre un verre très sympas ! Je recommande chaleureusement ce logement, et n'hésiterai pas à y revenir si l'occasion pour moi se présente. Merci à mon hôte, pour ses conseils et son professionnalisme ! Bonne continuation !
