Wonderful apartment- way above expectations. Comfortable, everything you need, cool even on a warmer day. Excellent communication from the hosts, really good location near many shops, cafes and restaurants, yet on a quieter street. Honestly I couldn’t fault this place and was happy to return here at then end of each day. Thank you :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The location was amazing and felt safe. It was easy to walk to different places and to walk to public transports (including buses, ferries, etc). This airbnb was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and more. Communication with the host was easy and the instructions were clear from the moment we booked this airbnb. I would recommend this place to friends and family and would come back !

I spent a month here, and it quickly felt like home. I don't like to eat out every meal, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The apartment is comfortable and quiet but at the same time just minutes away from the Strand, great coffee, and good restaurants. Just a block away from a bus line that got me everywhere in Malta I wanted to go. Bert, Samira, and the team communicated well before I got there, and were incredibly responsive to the silly questions I had the first couple of days I was there. They provided wonderful suggestions and tips for things to do, tour guides to use if I wanted. I would not hesitate to stay there again, or to recommend it to my friends and family visiting Malta.

Tolles Appartement, zentral aber ruhig, perfekt um Malta zu erkunden. Viele Busrouten, Cafés, Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben, sauber und bot uns für zwei Personen genug Platz. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten in Richtung eines schattigen Innenhofs, was es sehr angenehm und ruhig macht. Auf unsere Nachrichten wurde schnell und freundlich reagiert. Wir waren lediglich über die vielen Nachrichten mit Tipps und Empfehlungen überrascht.

abbiamo soggiornato una settimana e l'appartamento era dotato di ogni confort e rispecchiava esattamente le foto arredato in modo moderno e molto luminoso. il bagno è parecchio piccolo invece. si trova in posizione centrale di Sliema ma tranquilla anche se per accedervi c'è una salita piuttosto impegnativa quindi non la consiglio con bambini piccoli/ passeggini o disabilità. abbiamo trovato qualche ragnatela ma tutto sommato l'appartamento era pulito. consiglierei di aggiungere qualche appendiabiti in più perché non ci sono molti punti di appoggio e magari uno stendino sul balcone. lo consiglio

L'alloggio di Bert è molto pulito e confortevole; si vede che la gestione e la cura della casa sono svolte in modo professionale. Nonostante questo, abbiamo notato la presenza di alcune formiche, ma, da quello che abbiamo capito, è un problema comune nelle case maltesi. A ogni modo, la casa era accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario; ci sono stati forniti anche degli asciugamani e un ombrellone! Le comunicazioni con l'host sono state semplici e cordiali, ci ha anche permesso di ritardare un pochino il check out. Sliema è un buon punto di partenza per visitare le attrazioni culturali dell'isola (es: La Valletta, raggiungibile in pochi minuti di traghetto) e le zone più vivaci, come St Julian's. In definitiva, ci siamo trovate molto bene e consigliamo questo alloggio!

The stay was wonderful! We are very satisfied. The location was perfect – close to the city center and ideal in terms of getting to different parts of the island. We had a rental car and didn’t have a single day with parking issues. Communication with the host was excellent, and we received many recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The apartment was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the basic amenities – everything was a big plus for us! Highly recommended! 🤗

Good location, straightforward check in/ out, smooth communication. The place is as in the photos, also came with beach essentials and toys for the little one which we appreciated.

Great apartment in Silema on a quiet street. Bed is SO comfortable (memory foam mattress and pillows), the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals along with a coffee maker. WiFi worked great for international work calls and the building is quiet. Apartment very clean and had so many amenities. Great location to lots of restaurants and sites- we had a motorbike which made it easy to get around. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend!

The appartment is in a quiet location. It is only 10 minutes walking to get to the promenada and the shops and restaurants. The appartment has all amwnities if you want to cook by yourself. It is very clean and provided with all necessary cleaning chemicals. Bert is very quick in answers and helps a lot if you need some assistance. Recomended for everyone.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The Solea team has really thought of everything - including providing a baby travel cot and high chair!! The apartment is clean and modern and well designed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed SUPER COMFY! Will definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.

Mukava asunto kahdelle aikuiselle. Siisti. Erinomainen sijainti, rauhallinen ympäristö. Hyvä sänky nukkua. Ainoa pieni yllätys oli asunnon sijainti 1. kerroksessa - mainoskuvien perusteella oletimme sen olevan kerrosta ylempänä. Mutta lopulta sillä ei ollut merkitystä. Olimme tyytyväisiä kokonaisuuteen!

I have rented many airbnbs, vrbos, home exchanges etc. By far this was a superior rental. I will rent it again, and share this rental to friends and family who with to discover Malta. Its location was quiet yet central to Valletta, St-Julians. Many thanks to Bert for his outstanding hosting.

It was a wonderful stay at the apartment. Everything’s quite new, so in a really good condition. WiFi is really good as well (I had to work a little bit). Although Sliema can be rushy sometimes the apartment is in a more quiet street 👍 Communication with Bert was easy and so friendly. You‘re 10min away (by foot) from the promenade and ferry to Valetta and also only 10min to Balluta Bay. Definitely recommend this apartment and host! :)

Nous avons été très satisfaits de l’appartement. Il est calme et proche des restaurants, magasins et transports en commun. L’accès à La Valette est simple avec le ferry à proximité. Bert nous a fourni toutes les instructions nécessaires à notre séjour.

We had a lovely stay at Bert’s place. It was clean and had everything you needed. We were able to walk into town easily and there were lots of things nearby. Bert was so helpful with lots of recommendations for local spots etc. Thank you!

A little „marvel“ in Sliema. I felt right at home in the appartment. AC is available in the bed- and living room. Great communication with Bert, proactive received „things to know, things to do in Malta“. Always got quick response.

Bert was an amazing host and his apartment in Sliema was great, cozy and super clean. We had an amazing stay and every doubt was answered in no time by Bert. He gave us lots of inspirational recommendations and it was easy going around the city and other places. We’ll surely remember our stay in Malta as one of the best ever for the beautiful accommodation and its price. Arrivederci Bert and Malta!

Bert is very communicative person. Before our arrival he sent a message with key points what to see and where to go. He also arranged a taxi to the airport in very uncommon time (3am). This place is a peaceful, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a prime location, close to any shopping needs, transit/ferry connections, and a variety of restos and bars. Bert was a consummate host, providing great recos and key info in advance and ensuring all was in order during our stay.

The apartment is new and was very nice and clean, equipped with everything we might have needed during our stay. It was great having two balconies, we could drink coffee and see the local life on the first one, and observe neighborhood cats chilling in the sun through the second one. The restaurants and pubs on the seaside are just about five minute walk from the flat, and a good scooter rental place is almost literally next door (nice idea to rent one if someone's got a problem with being stuck in traffic or looking for parking spots in those narrow streets). The host was super helpful and recommended a lot of places to see around Malta and always wrote back quickly. Not a place to be loud or party (neighbors are close), but for a couple or friends chilling definitely would recommend :-)

Everything was great. The apartment is exactly like in the photos and it is in a good location, 10 minutes away from the ferry to valetta and 10-15 minutes from st. Julian's. It was the best price apartment that i found and, as it seems, it was a really good one.
