Had a fantastic time staying here. The space was clean, super comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. The location was super convenient and the host was responsive and friendly from start to finish.

Great views , spacious, great communication w host during stay , nice location to the city life, easy instructions to follow on arrival and departure , very responsive to issues that arose . every effort was made to make our stay the best it could be , but some shadowing issues remained despite host efforts to assist - might suggest daily inspections of a costly penthouse in hottest months especially when vacant.

Had a great visit at the penthouse, the views from the balconies are great and we enjoyed all the space. Also easy to do a short walk into St Julians.

This place is better than the photos! It has a great view of the ocean. You have 360 view of the harbor. It right at the business center, numerous restaurants and businesses! The host is very responsive! I will definitely stay here next time!

Buen alojamiento pero en un sitio con obras y se escuchan, además que a veces vienen al tejado y nos despertaron más de una mañana a las 7am con los trabajadores. No tiene 5 terrazas (al menos cuando nosotros fuimos) solo 4. Pero a parte de eso está bien el alojamiento. Estuvimos un mes entero y bien

This is a fantastic place. I got a 7 star, 360 view, presidential suite type place for a fraction of the cost. It’s clean and the location is perfect. The building is quiet. The views are breathtaking and the amenities are beyond comprehensive (I mean, a pool table in the middle of the apartment!!!). The host was responsive from day 1. Very smooth interaction. If I’m ever back in Malta, I will definitely book it again.

Staying at the penthouse was a very pleasant experience. Bert always communicated quickly and kindly, providing all the necessary information for my stay. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The view from the 4 balconies is breathtaking, though there are currently some construction sites nearby, as mentioned by Bert beforehand. The apartment is very spacious and matches the photos. It was wonderful to be able to relax in this lovely apartment in the evenings. Despite its central location in the middle of Paceville / St. Julian's, the nightlife district, it was pleasantly quiet. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity and different bus stops are nearby, too. For me, it was the perfect base for day trips.

This is one I would like to keep a secret. The apartment was better than expected and honestly I didn’t want to leave. I could have lived there, opened up a shop and been quite happy being in Malta. As coincidence would have it we had stayed in the building before so we were familiar with the area but I would prefer to stay in this place again (and again and again).

I had such a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything so easy and stress-free. The place itself was beautiful, with amazing views that made the trip extra special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

Great host - always very friendly responsive on the couple of times we had to contact him whilst there. We'd certainly recommend - and will probably return ourselves!

Ein Traum! Alles was man von einem Air bnb erwartet ist da! Haben schon viele Unterkünfte durch auf Malta, viele sehen nur schön aus sind aber Müll. Alles was man von einer Unterkunft erwartet und was andere versprechen aber nicht halten können, ist hier perfekt umgesetzt und vorhanden! Tolle küche, man kann anständig kochen :) viele Balkone und schöne Aussicht auf Bucht und Meer an allen Balkonen! Billard Tisch ist auch cool, es gibt sogar Strandtücher und Sonnenschirme! Viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten Bisher das beste Air bnb was wir hatten und jeden Cent wert! Wir kommen wieder

L'appartement est très intéressant mais il est situé à proximité de bar clubbing. La chambre est extrêmement bruyante le soir, il est impossible de dormir correctement. Malheureusement il y a également un chantier en face de l'appartement avec beaucoup de grues. Donc également beaucoup de bruit de travaux le matin. Quel dommage

Bert was a great and host and the place was beautiful and spacious. Lots of outdoor terraces great for coffee outside or sunbathing

We had a lovely time in Malta, and the apartment was great. It was very spacious and clean, and the terraces were superb with great views. We would definitely recommend having a bbq on the terrace one evening. St Julians has a very lively nightlife, but we couldn't hear any of the ongoings at night time from the apartment. Plenty of good restaurant options about in the area within a walking distance and lots of bars etc too. Bert was a great host and was very quick to respond to any queries/ issues we had. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would definitely love to return. As for the rest of Malta, it is beautiful! We would definitely recommend hiring a car so you can visit other places. We visited Mdina, Valetta, and Gozo and all were stunning! Final recommendation would be to hire a boat for half a day. It was a great way to see a bit more of the islands and to enjoy the amazing waters! Overall, great place to stay and visit!

This is a great place to stay, right in the heart of buzzing St. Julian's. Huge with great balconies and views and a pool table. For a family you might want something a little quieter or remote but being able to walk quickly into town is great. There were a few minor things with check-in and other items that we will provide feedback to Bert separately. If these get fixed, and I'm sure they will, then this is a 5-star place for the price.

What an amazing place. The view is incredible. Such a spacious apartment with different areas to use. Each room has an en-suite and there is another bathroom as well. Bert was great and very helpful. We will definitely be back and would recommend this apartment to anyone.

There was a bump during check in, however the time I had at the place tops the small bad in the beginning. The whole apartment is beautiful, and the views during the night were breathtaking. Host is very respectful and responsive. Highly recommend! :)

Polecam, mieszkanie z pięknym widokiem. Posiada wszystkie udogodnienia. Jeżeli był problem Bert bardzo szybko go rozwiązywał. Zawsze był pomocny. Cudowne widoki. Okolica z wieloma atrakcjami. Wszyscy bardzo mili. Mieszkanie czyste, jedynie okna trochę zachlapane. Ogólnie bardzo polecamy i dziękujemy za cudowny pobyt. :) Lepiej niż w hotelu :)

Diese Wohnung ist der absolute Wahnsinn und hat (trotz Fotos) alle Erwartungen komplett übertroffen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Living Lounge ist sehr gemütlich und schafft mit dem Billiard-Tisch eine exklusive Atmosphäre. Es gibt 4 Terrassen (Küche, Living Lounge und in beiden Schlafzimmern). Die Schlafzimmer sind eine Oase des Wohlfühlens und sehr komfortabel. Ausgestattet mit geräumigen Kleiderschränken (inkl. unzähligen Kleiderbügeln) und zusätzlichen Kommoden gibt es keine Engpässe beim Verstauen der persönlichen Sachen. Die abgerundete Fensterfront ist einmalig, das Bad ist gross, hell und luxuriös. Die Badewanne verfügt über Düsen - Entspannung pur! Die Unterkunft befindet sich Mitten im Zentrum, innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist alles zu erreichen (Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufen, Lebensmittel, Nachtleben usw.) Davon ist in der Wohnung aber nichts zu merken, es ist verhältnismässig sehr ruhig. Und die Aussicht: priceless! ❤
