Stella Maris - 'Star of the Sea' Penthouse-Sliema

Ich war mit der Unterkunft und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Alles entsprach den Bildern und bei kleinen Problemen bzw. Missverständnissen wurde sofort geholfen. Man muss den Service wirklich hervorheben da innerhalb von einer Stunde immer eine Antwort kam und auch mehrfach auf uns eingegangen wurde ob wir etwas benötigen usw. Ich würde immer wieder buchen !

The apartment was fantastic…great location, view and amenities. The check in was smooth and the communication was great. We had everything we needed for our stay and would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Malta

Very nice flat with good view of local cathedral. Well set out flat with good proportions. Also very responsive host. Just up the street was a Lidl as well

1000/10 stay. The location was perfect, the place was clean, and the host was great. My friends and I ran into a situation where we needed to get a new place last minute and the host was so responsive and friendly, they responded to us later at night and were able to get us in a few days before our actual stay started. Check in was super easy, we had plenty of towels, and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and some snacks. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage.

A great airbnb overall. It has two amazing balconies with views of the city. Everything was so clean and wonderful. We were really happy and satisfied.

Amazing place, great view and well located

We had a lovely stay. The flat is beautiful and the balconies faced in different directions and we enjoyed the different light and views. We had easy access to transport and took advantage of the new ferry to Gozo from Sliema. We lost power one evening (no-one’s fault) and the team were quickly responsive - we were re-housed for the night and it was promptly and permanently solved the next day. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was honestly even better than shown in the app — spacious, modern, extremely clean, and very comfortable. We were traveling with a baby, and the host was incredibly flexible, kind, and accommodating throughout the entire stay. Every request or question we had was handled quickly and with genuine care, which made traveling with a small child much easier and less stressful. The location is also fantastic. The apartment is only about a 3-minute walk from the main bus connections and ferry access, making it very easy to explore all around Malta without needing a car. At the same time, there is a beautiful promenade just a few minutes away, full of excellent restaurants, cafés, and places to walk in the evening. Everything felt well organized, clean, safe, and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta, especially couples or families traveling with children.

We had an amazing stay at this penthouse in Malta. Honestly, without exaggeration, it was outstanding. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and full of natural light. It has everything you might need during your stay – from essentials like an iron, washing machine, and dryer to many other thoughtful details that make a real difference. The terrace is a highlight, offering a stunning view of the church, while from the other balcony you can even see the dome of Valletta. It’s one of those views you don’t get tired of. The location is perfect – everything is convenient and easily accessible. As for the host, it’s hard to imagine someone more friendly, professional, and responsive. Communication was quick, instructions were clear, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. We truly recommend this place and would definitely come back again.

Great apartments, everything was clean and comfortable. Good location, everything you need is nearby. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive. We had a pleasant stay.

The apartment is in an excellent location close to the ferry, waterfront restaurants, and shops in Sliema. It was great to have the outdoor space for relaxing and drying clothes. The hot water tank was small for our group of 4, but we spaced out our shower times and made it work. Overall an excellent experience and would be happy to stay again.

Помешкання відповідало фото, багато місця, дуже великий плюс це пральна машина та сушильна машина. Окреме спасибі за засоби для неї. Є парковка, але ми не користувались. До автобусних зупинок і паромна переправа в 5 хв ходьби. Також справно працював інтернет та ютубе.

We stayed for four weeks in this wonderful apartment by Solea Holiday Homes, right in the heart of Sliema, and couldn’t have asked for a better place. From the very first day, we felt completely at home. The apartment is spacious, welcoming, and beautifully set up, with a large terrace and a small balcony offering a lovely view. The overall atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is provided. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, Bert or Samira responded immediately and always in a friendly and helpful manner. Communication was truly excellent, and it’s clear that they are passionate, attentive hosts who genuinely care about their guests. We can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment in every possible way and would happily return anytime. A perfect place to stay in Sliema!

Trotz der zentralen Lage und einer Kirche in der Nähe, sehr ruhige und helle, geräumige Wohnung (Penthouse). Die Betten und Kopfkissen sind von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Grosse Terrasse mit grandioser Aussicht zum Verweilen, zwei Badzmmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, gemütlicher Wohnraum. Bei kaltem Wetter (weihnachten/Neujahr) lassen sich die Räume schnell über AC wärmen, alles in Sliema ist zu Fuss erreichbar, sehr schönes Quartier. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.

Amazing stay in Sliema! The apartment was spotless, perfectly located and had everything we needed. The host was super friendly and gave really clear directions, which made check-in so easy. Everything was truly perfect, would definitely stay here again!

Had a fantastic time. Easy check in, the apartment was immaculate and in an excellent position nears shops and restaurants. Very close to the harbour for the ferry to Valletta and the Hop on buses to see the island.

Bert’s place is perfect for 1-4 people looking to explore Malta. Comfortable beds, plush towels, plenty of water pressure and hot water, dishwasher, washer AND dryer. His unit displays a few art pieces which make it more homey and less like a hotel room. One of the parts of the unit we enjoyed every day was the balcony. It’s a large space with a view of the Cathedral, lots of comfortable seating and a dining table. We didn’t need to use the umbrella during our Nov stay, but it would be a great feature in the summer. The place is an easy 5-7 min walk from many bus stops, the ferry to Valetta, and many great restaurants on and near the waterfront. Our favorite was Calle Bistro Seafood, a five min walk for a large array of wonderful fish and seafood options. Bert was an attentive and friendly host. HIGHLY recommend his rental.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber Bert war immer sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Themen konnten innerhalb kürzester Zeit schnell und einfach geklärt werden. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit Nähe zum Hafen in Sliema und einer Vielzahl an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Definitiv eine Weiterempfehlung.

This place was amazing. Easy access to the waterfront, restaurants, and ferry to Valletta. Quiet place and very comfortable. Host was extremely proactive, very responsive and accommodating to any needs that came up. Could not recommend this place enough.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub! Die Lage war einfach perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem alles gut erreichbar. Auch die Wohnung hat uns begeistert: sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und können diesen Ort nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Our 16-day stay at Stella Maris exceeded our expectations. It’s close enough to the action and far enough away from any noise. The views from 2 balconies of the fireworks during festival season was delightful. The furnishings are comfortable and modern. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved being able to use the washer and dryer as needed. Bert was a very responsive host. We look forward to returning to Stella Maris on our next trip to Malta.

We really had a wonderful stay. It’s easy to get to the apartment. The residence is really nice and modern. The kitchen is well-equipped and can meet various cooking needs. There are a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerator and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It has a balcony and a large terrace with a nice view.

tutto molto chiaro e piacevole...host molto presente, parcheggio della struttura comodissimo visto che é una zona dove si trova difficilmente posto per strada. alloggio tutto nuovo e molto bene tenuto con anche tante cose in più come sale olio detersivo e tutti i confort elencati. grazie per tutto ❤️

Many thanks to Bert for the stay. Really good communicator and attentive in case there was a problem (which there wasn't). Clean and tidy throughout the apartment, plus little extras like shower gel, a few teas and coffees and snacks when we arrived was nice. Would recommend 👍
