For this reason, we generally do not recommend booking this unit for stays with young children. However, infants aged 0–4 are more than welcome. We may request a refundable damage deposit in certain cases. This would only apply if house rules are breached or if there is any damage, loss, or misuse of items within the property. For security and compliance purposes, we use a trusted third-party verification system. This includes guest identity verification and the signing of a short rental agreement acknowledging the house rules and covering potential damages.
