House of Luxury with Pool by Solea

Absolutely beautiful stay! My group of 8 people had such a fantastic time. The home was as described, the cold AC and hot water seemed to be endless, and the pool was so much fun. The host allowed us early check in as our flights arrived early. They also were in constant communication with us and really made us feel safe and welcome. The beds were also so comfortable, with beautiful rooms and private bathrooms for 3 of the 4 rooms. The stairs are something to be mindful of, as they can be slippery especially when coming from the beautiful pool and there are a lot of them as its a vertical home layout. There is also a market located right next door to grab snacks and such. Wifi was at times spotty, but it wasn’t enough of a problem for us to contact the host. They were so attentive im sure they would have rushed someone over had there been a consistent problem. Overall, an easy 5/5 no questions. Worth every penny and the best ABNB in the area for larger groups.

Great place for me and my girlfriends, the rooftop pool was a great touch, plus it was nice and heated. Little bit out the way of the main areas, but taxis were very quick and cheap. Host was very friendly with clear instructions, helping us plan our trip. Beautiful trip

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The accommodation was very spacious, clean and well equipped and the heated pool on the roof was lovely and warm with beautiful views of the bay. we loved that it was on a quiet street but still walkable to the centre of St Paul’s bay. The mini market just at the top of the road was very convenient too.

Wir haben drei Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und es trotz des schlechten Wetters sehr genossen. Der Wohnbereich mit Küche ist toll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ausblick und Dachterrasse mit Pool sind auch ein Highlight, aber es sind tatsächlich viele Stufen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus bedenkenlos empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Solea  property in Malta. The house was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean when we arrived, which made us feel comfortable straight away. Everything was well looked after and the space itself was very welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time in Malta. I had a really enjoyable stay here. The location is fantastic, quiet and peaceful, which is quite rare in Malta, and right by the sea with beautiful views. The property itself is very large and spacious, clean, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was smooth and straightforward. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The roof terrace and pool are a real sun trap and a lovely place to relax, and there’s also a second sheltered terrace next to the kitchen and living room which was great to use during the day. A couple of small things to be aware of: checkout is at 9am, which caught me a little by surprise. Also, the top terrace may not be ideal for young children as some of the barriers near the steps felt a bit low from a safety perspective. Overall though, it was a very pleasant stay and I would happily recommend the property to others looking for a quiet seaside escape in Malta.

Wi-Fiは使えない時間が多い。 テレビ番組は見れず、自身のネットフリックスアカウントで入らなければならない。そもそもインターネットが弱いのでスマホも見れない。 お湯が限られているので十分なお風呂に入ることはできません。シャワーは途中で水になります。次お湯が使えるまで2時間かかります。 場所はとても急勾配にあるので、車んl荷物の積み下ろしが危険。エレベーターはなく3階まで階段で荷物を持ち運ばなければならない。 風が強い日の寝室の隙間風が寒く、音が動物の鳴き声の様で寝れなかった。 キッチン隣のトイレは下水臭かった。 洗濯機はとても小さく、乾燥に膨大な時間がかかる 全体的には悪くないが、夏は特に値段が高いので厳しいですね。

Really great place! the house has style and amazing views. And the rooftop pool is outstanding (and really nicely heated even in winter - that's a really rare gem!) Just make sure you are aware of the fact that this house has several levels.

We enjoyed our stay for new year’s eve, breathtaking views and the property has everything you need to rest and unwind.

The host team was super supportive and the ocean view from the rooftop terrace with a pool was luxurious. There were great restaurants nearby and the place was convenient to visit neighbors islands.

Sono appena tornata da un soggiorno in una casa meravigliosa a Malta e non posso che descriverla come bellissima. La struttura era curata con grande attenzione, arredata con stile e dotata di ogni comfort, perfetta per una vacanza all’insegna del relax. Uno degli aspetti che ho amato di più è stato il terrazzo, spazioso e luminoso, ideale per fare colazione all’aperto o rilassarsi la sera godendosi l’aria mite dell’isola. Ma il vero punto forte era senza dubbio la piscina riscaldata: pulita, confortevole e utilizzabile in qualsiasi momento della giornata, un lusso che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. La posizione della casa era ottima, tranquilla ma comunque vicina ai principali punti d’interesse, e i proprietari sono stati gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. In conclusione, una casa splendida che consiglio davvero a chiunque voglia vivere Malta nel massimo del comfort. Un’esperienza che non vedo l’ora di ripetere!

Eine super Unterkunft auf drei Etagen. Wer mir Treppen kein Problem hat kann hier wirklich wunderbar wohnen. Sowohl technisch wie auch von der Ausstattung her ist alles auf Top Niveau. Und die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool ist der absolute Hit. Gerne wieder !!

We had a wonderful time at Bert's place. It very clean, quiet,in a great location with amazing views. The pool was amazing and the place had everything we needed.We will definitely be back.

Overall a nice spot. Some amenities should be addressed such as one of the rooms shower (no door or curtain) and no railing up top by the pool; seems very dangerous. The place is very nice for adults- wouldn’t recommend for kids or older people; a lot of stairs! We felt everything was clean, and worked for us minus the coffee machine. I do think for the price point, and being a vacation spot, TP should be included, but not a reason to not book the place. Communication with the host was responsive and clear. If you do want the pool heated reach out beforehand as the host needs to have a technician come to the place to do so (you can’t do it yourself). I have family in Malta so this place worked for me, but if you’re looking to be closer to the action by foot vs. uber/bolt then I’d recommend booking elsewhere. I was fine to bolt it but there’s not that many spots by foot (a few good restaurants that were about 10-15 walk) and a couple coffee spots that were 10-15 mins by foot

The Luxury house, is comfortable and nicely located near to two restaurants and a mini market. Its about 30mins from the centre of StPauls. The pool and terrace is very windy which stopped us from using the parasol. All the rooms are well air-conditioned. The kitchen was well equipped although the hob had been replaced with a temporary appliance that dis not fit more work propperly. All the TVs had netdlix etc which was a bonus. This is a two maisonette with a large number of stairs so not easy for anyone that is not completely able

Incredible house with all the amenities, including small touches like hairdryer in every room. Huge space and very comfortable. Amazing views of the sea and of course the pool is stunning. Bert was a great host and kept in touch with lots of useful information without us asking. Will not stay anywhere else in Malta

I stayed at this beautiful townhouse in St. Paul’s Bay with friends, and it was a solid 10/10. The rooftop terrace with a pool and sea view was just chef’s kiss the highlight of our stay. The house itself is stunning: a gorgeous kitchen, spacious living room, and some bedrooms even had showers inside or a projector screen from the ceiling! Perfect for families or groups. The host, Bert, was super helpful and gave us great local tips. There was a minor issue with the hob, but a replacement was provided and worked perfectly. Would definitely come back and again, those views were unreal.
