Birgu Kalkara view

Die Wohnung ist absolut super! Die Aussicht auf den Hafen ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern, man hat aus jedem Fenster einen phantastischen Weitblick. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ebenso perfekt! PS: Die kleine Katze July die unten vor dem Haus wohnt, freut sich über einen kleinen Snack wenn ihn nach Hause kommt, dafür bewacht sie auch die Gegend.😺😊

Absolutely phenomenal team, beautiful home, and great views. Only stayed for two days, but absolutely loved every moment of it. The instructions for check in were so incredibly clear, the hosts were so responsive and even let me check out a little later to accommodate a later flight. The entire home was so beautiful and cozy. My partner and I had no trouble feeling at home here. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We spent four nights in this perfectly located apartment. We did a lot of exploring around Valletta and the vicinity. This confirmed that we were staying in the best location. Birgu is full of character, and the apartment is an easy walk to great waterside restaurants, the central square. The traditional water taxis are very convenient for getting to and from Valletta. We often took the opportunity to have a swim in the afternoon when we arrived back from our sightseeing. The swimming area is uncrowded, and refreshing. The apartment is located on a high part of the peninsula, so there are lots if steps to climb to get home. We enjoyed the workout. We had a rental car and found free street parking easy to find, but be careful to watch for selected areas, which are for permit holders only. I highly recommend this apartment, and Solea as hosts.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location and the apartment’s view alone are enough to soothe the soul. I spent many hours sitting on the little bench on the balcony, admiring the sea while enjoying a glass of wine. Those were some of the most peaceful moments of my trip. Another highlight was the impeccable cleanliness. I always appreciate places that clearly take pride in keeping everything spotless and paying attention to details like fresh bed linens. Everything was perfectly clean and well organized, and the sheets and pillowcases smelled wonderfully fresh. The town also won me over. It’s peaceful, charming, and welcoming. I made friends with some of the locals, joined the bingo game taking place just below the building, and every day I walked down to swim at the small beach right in front of the apartment. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. (We just don't really like the bed, it makes a lot of noise when we move while sleeping at night.)

I stayed in different locations across Malta during a three week trip and this was by far my favorite. Birgu is beautiful and just breathtaking in so many ways. This apartment is on the third floor and has the most amazing view at all times of day and night. Watching the sunrise was just spectacular and seeing the boats on the harbor at night was amazing. It is a very lively location with the Birgu Regatta Club just outside the window of the apartment. I loved watching them, take their boats out and seeing their unique way of rowing. Every Monday they have a very lively bingo game that many of the locals come out to, complete with a DJ like announcer. The apartment is also across the water from the beautiful planetarium and science center, which has a fun restaurant with music down at the waterfront. The apartment is cozy and has all you need and Yulia helped me with a number of things - she's such a kind person. I would definitely come back!

Soggiorno esattamente corrispondente a quanto previsto. Appartamento perfetto, vista eccezionale, check-in e check-out semplici e senza intoppi, host Yuliia gentile e disponibile, ma non stato necessario contattarla, zona tranquilla e molto bella. Bagno piccolo, ma molto pulito e funzionale.

The location of this apartment is perfect. We loved that we were away from the hustle and bustle of Valletta, but just an easy ferry ride across to Birgu. We loved the waterfront with so many restaurants and cafes to choose from, walking along the marina in the evenings and feeling a part of the local neighbourhood. Two of the nights we were there, there was a fireworks and drone show with music which we had the best vantage point to watch from the apartment balcony. There’s also a swimming area just in front of the apartment where you can safely swim, which we did. The apartment has everything you need for a holiday in Malta, the automatic washing machine was a blessing so we could catch up on all our laundry and the aircon was really good as the weather was hot outside. Would definitely stay here again

self check in was made easy with excellent communication location was fabulous with fantastic views of the harbour we stayed for two weeks and was very comfortable in the apartment would recommend and stay again no problems

This place was all I expected it to be. Watching the boats in the harbour, morning and evening walks along the waterfront, walk to restaurants and short local boat ride to Valletta. It all worked well. The apartment had all the facilities we wanted. Washing machine, kitchen, lounge. We stayed 9 nights and our host dropped off replacement towels etc. after 7 days. Yuliia was the perfect host.

Le logement correspond tout à fait à la description et avec une vue magnifique. Il est très propre et très bien équipé. Il convient parfaitement à 2 voyageurs et sans problème pour plusieurs jours. Très belle destination que nous referons très certainement et avec plaisir. Notre hôte nous a toujours donné de très bons conseils et a toujours été très réactive (réponses en moins d’une minute !!! ) à toutes nos demandes ou interrogations. Super endroit à redécouvrir ✨
