Great location away from major tourist areas, very close swimming sea spot and wonderfully comfortable place to stay. Clean, great airco, and just so cozy. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous patio with pretty view of the sea and easy to walk everywhere. Great location next to jetty and fabulous restaurants ( Go to Loa!) Furniture becoming run down , beds were firm ( adequate), patio doors didn't lock very well while front door was difficult to unlock, but good communication to help resolve some issues. I've never seen a 9am check out before which thankfully didn't affect us as s we checked out by 3am for flights but worth considering if you have later flights. Malta has tons of options for Airbnbs so this place may need to improve to remain competitive.

The view! The apartment location is absolute perfection. Meaning you can have a perfect relaxed holiday experience while still being close enough to the hustle and bustle of Buggiba if you want to. Host was great to deal with and very responsive. We did have some drainage issues in the bathroom, but other than that, it was a beautiful spot to spend the week. We will be back.

An absolute dream stay! This apartment is simply a dream! From start to finish, our experience was excellent. The host was very responsive, and getting the keys via a PIN lockbox made our arrival completely seamless. The place features a stunning, fully equipped kitchen, incredibly comfortable bedrooms, and perfectly clean showers. The air conditioning works perfectly and keeps the place very comfortable. On top of that, the location is prime – with a supermarket, the beach, restaurants, and bars all just a short walk away. Everything you could possibly need is right there. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Nous avons été séduits par ce logement compte tenu de sa qualité qui a correspondu totalement à la description de l'annonce. D'une propreté exemplaire, des équipements au top et une vue sur la mer exceptionnelle de ce second étage avec balcon et ascenseur. Quartier calme, avec petit port sympathique juste en dessous. Proximité des services et des restaurants, bref, tout comme indiqué. Bravo à la gestion et aux bonnes recommandations. Nous avons séjourné 7 jours, un vrai plaisir. Nathalie et Jean-Marc

Мы были в восторге от апартаментов. Современный дизайн, светлые, чистые, много окон. Красивый вид с лоджии. Так как всегда готовим по месту, то кухня включала все необходимое, даже больше чем хотелось)). И вообще, все продумано и все есть для полноценной жизни в апартах, как дома. Идеальная локация. Рядом супермаркеты, набережная и порт, откуда отходят паромчики и круизные экскурсионные катамараны. Очень хороший, отзывчивый хозяин. На просьбу продлить выселение на час- два , без проблем пошел на встречу. И вообще очень дружелюбно отвечал на все вопросы. Однозначно, рекомендую эти апартаменты. Нам не хотелось уезжать. Единственное, что из небольших минусов и то, это не минус, а рекомендация. На Мальте английские розетки и мы об этом забыли и не подумали. И чтобы не бежать сразу за переходниками в магазин, то лучше если бы парочка была в апартаментах.

Family of 4 (2 kids 8/10yo), we spent a wonderful week here, the views are great and there are a lot of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is very close to the spot where boat tours depart, which we took and would recommend. Area is very peaceful and the appartment is north facing so I assume it would be great in the summer months (we were there in April so sunshine and warm weather was not an issue anyway). Overall, we would recommend this place, there’s plenty of room for a family of 4-5 people. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and the host was super responsive and proactive.
