A stylish ground-floor studio in a prime coastal spot, sleeping up to 4 guests—ideal for a family getaway or friends. Just a 2-minute walk to the seafront and perfectly located between Sliema and St Julian’s, with cafés, restaurants, shops and transport close by. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, an LCD TV, and a small internal patio where smoking is allowed—an easy, comfortable base for exploring Malta.
Welcome to your cosy, stylish studio—a bright ground-floor space with a smart square layout that feels open and comfortable the moment you arrive. It sleeps up to 4 guests, making it a lovely choice for couples, friends, or a small family. You’ll also have a small internal patio available (smoking permitted). We provide all check-in details before arrival, so guests can enjoy a smooth, stress-free self check-in at their convenience. We won’t be available in person, but our team is always close by. Our on-ground and online staff are available daily from 09:00–16:00, and we remain reachable online until 21:00 should you need any assistance. Please note: We reserve the right to request a refundable damage deposit. This may be applied in cases where house rules are breached, or where damage, loss, or misuse occurs. For security and compliance, we use a trusted third-party verification system which includes guest identity verification and the signing of a short rental agreement covering potential damages and acknowledgment of house rules. This unit is covered by MTA license no. HPI6402

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno in questo appartamento. L’appartamento, come da descrizione, è completo di tutto. La posizione è ottima, é in una zona tranquilla, vicina al mare, vicina alla fermata del bus e a piedi si raggiungono facilmente locali e ristoranti per la sera. In macchina si trova facilmente parcheggio nelle vicinanze, un po’ più complicato nel weekend. Come unico intoppo, appena arrivati abbiamo notato che il wc perdeva acqua, ma il team di Solea è stato rapidissimo a riparare il danno. Alloggio consigliato!

We spent three wonderful days in this apartment in Malta and loved it so much. The host is incredibly helpful and replies instantly, and the flat is fully furnished with all essentials: a great washer-dryer, coffee machine with abundant coffee pods, toaster, large fridge, as well as laundry liquid, fabric softener and dish soap. We were really moved by such thoughtful preparations. A few drawbacks to mention: the arrival instructions need to be more clear as we got lost at first, the shower has very weak water pressure which ruined shower experience, and construction noise from upstairs early in the morning disturbed our sleep. Still, it’s a fantastic place to stay with a thoughtful landlord!

It was absolutely amazing! Incredibly clean as well, and equipped with literally everything I would want and more. I was also surprised how quiet it was. During day and night. It doesn’t happen often that a place is so well located ánd in a peaceful surrounding. I would def go back!

We had a very pleasant stay and can definitely recommend this place. The apartment was clean, spacious enough, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was particularly well prepared, including utensils as well as some basic ingredients like spices and oils, which made cooking very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable, with a great mattress, and there was a big wardrobe with plenty of hangers. We also appreciated the large fridge and freezer, as well as the oven, coffee machine, and toaster. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with windows facing the street, but it was still quiet and did not disturb us. There was also a dehumidifier available, which helped keep the room comfortable. The location is excellent – right by the sea, close to the promenade, and very convenient with a bus stop nearby. Air conditioning is also available, which is a big plus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.
