There are two modern bathrooms (one with washing machine), and a bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with Smart TV and sofa bed, ideal for up to four guests. Enjoy two private terraces: one overlooking the peaceful green valley with beautiful Mediterranean sea views, and another perfect for BBQ evenings and relaxed outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with an espresso machine, toaster, blender and juicer, and we welcome you with a complimentary chilled bottle of wine upon arrival. Everything is thoughtfully prepared to make you feel at home from the very first moment. The penthouse is perfectly comfortable for four guests, offering two private bedrooms and generous living space. A fifth guest can be accommodated on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area, making it a flexible option for families or small groups who would like to stay together without compromising comfort. Just a 5-minute walk (500m) brings you to the sandy beach of Balluta Bay. From there, explore Spinola Bay, the Sliema promenade lined with waterfront restaurants, Mercury Tower and vibrant Paceville. We will be available any time and also living 5 minutes away from the Penthouse. If you will need our help just let us know. Our Penthouse is comfortable to sleep with three adults. But we also have a sofa bed in the living room. We can provide bed linen and towels for the 4th person by inquiry for free. For infants and toddlers, we will provide a Crib and High Chair.
