Step outside and you’re in the middle of the action — cafés, restaurants, shops, and bus stops are all just a short walk away. You’ll also be just minutes from the iconic Balluta Bay, one of Malta’s most loved seaside spots, and perfectly positioned between both ends of Sliema / St. Julians — making this location the pinnacle of convenience, no matter where you want to go. For security and compliance, we use a trusted third-party verification system which includes guest identity verification and the signing of a short rental agreement covering potential damages and acknowledgment of house rules.
