At the rear of the same floor there is a shower with toilet and also a spacious back terrace with sofa set for 4 people, bbq, and a jacuzzi for 4 people, all over looking a very big private garden. An indoor spiral staircase takes you up another floor where there is a spacious main bedroom with a balcony and a dining set for 2 people and another bathroom. the penthouse is accessible on both floors also from the common area h sing elevator for your convenience. I'm always available but I give my guests space. The neighborhood is a quiet one, although centrally located.
