チェックインは親切でわかりやすいのと、部屋には必要最低限の物がコンパクトに公開情報通り置かれている。管理はシステマティックに運営されていて、定型文が定期的に送られてくる。エアコンは3室全てはいっており快適、洗濯機などもとても便利だった。質問の返信も早い。タオルも十分な数があった。掲載写真通りの部屋だが、写真に写っていない天井は塗装されていなかったり、マルタの全体の電気供給のせいだと説明を受けたが、到着時からエレベーターが断続的停電で閉じ込められれ危険性からまともにつかえず、WiFiもその度に途切れ不安定。建物1階から部屋まで強い洗濯洗剤の化学的匂いがしていてやや頭が痛くなる。おまけにチェックアウトが9時というのはエアビ利用ながいが、いままで初めてでいくらなんでと早すぎると感じた。対応はマニュアル化して内装から何から何まで基準通りだが、コスト効率を最優先で最低限の基準をまもっての運営、あまりに杓子定規。エレベーターが使えない、WiFIは不安定、表の通りはあまり清潔ではないと管理会社の責任でない部分もあるが、残念ながらあまり快適とはいえない滞在だった。

The apartment was exactly as listed. There was enough space for myself and my friend. I loved the location. Very thankful for the flexible check-in time. Only improvement would be to have local channels on the TV so we could've watched the World Cup. But I would stay again.

Really pleasant stay in a local neighborhood but location was perfect could get to anywhere quickly. apt is renovated, comfortable AC, modern appliances. They accommodated us well

Het verblijf was super! Erg vriendelijk, supersnelle communicatie en ze staan je altijd te hulp. Ik zou zo nog een keer hier verblijven!

Die Wohnung sah aus wie auf den Fotos. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und neu renoviert. Die Lage ist toll. Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 5 Minuten am Meer. Und trotzdem ist es in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Auch hat es tolle Cafés in der Nähe, um z.B. zu frühstücken. Wir waren Mitte/Ende Mai mit einem Mietauto da und haben fast immer ziemlich schnell einen Parkplatz in der Nähe der Strasse entlang gefunden. Der Gastgeber ist hilfsbereit, bedient einen mit allen nötigen Infos vorab und erteilt auch Empfehlungen. Wir mussten während unseren Aufenthalts wegen nichts nachfragen. Alles war für uns klar. Wir enpfehlen diese Unterkunft ohne Vorbehalte gerne weiter.

An absolutely wonderful accommodation in a peaceful and picturesque part of Sliema, where everything is close by and it is a strategic location for all trips and excursions. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped with everything needed. The appliances were of high quality, such as the hairdryer and the iron, which we used often. Another great benefit were the memory foam pillows, which were extremely comfortable to sleep on. We had absolutely no complaints about the apartment. Communication with the host was perfect. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent location if you want to enjoy the bars, clubs in St Julian but also don’t want to be situated directly in the noisy areas. The apartment is very close to everything in Malta and a beautiful spacious modern flat with everything you need. Would definitely book again if returning has absolutely zero negatives about it. Hemos sido dos parejas alojadas y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Hemos estado muy cómodos durante toda la estancia y el alojamiento nos ha gustado bastante en general. Las dos habitaciones estaban igual de bien equipadas, ambas con camas cómodas y televisión, lo cual ha sido un punto muy positivo. Además, el salón contaba con un sofá cama y otra televisión, ofreciendo aún más comodidad y opciones. Destacar especialmente la cama extra larga, que ha sido todo un acierto y ha contribuido mucho al descanso. Sin duda, si volvemos a Malta, no nos importaría alojarnos de nuevo en este mismo lugar.

The apartment was fantastic! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect. The host was responsive, and shared helpful tips about the city, from local restaurants to the best routes for exploring Malta. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Malta.

Περάσαμε 5 υπέροχες ημέρες ,το κατάλυμα είναι εξαιρετικό, καινούργιο, καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο,τα κρεβάτια άνετα η γειτονιά ήσυχη και σε λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεστε σε κεντρικό σημείο με στάσεις λεωφορείων , εστιατόρια, μάρκετ. Οι οικοδεσπότες μας έστειλαν αρκετές οδηγίες και πληροφορίες ,σε κάποιο πρόβλημα που παρουσιάστηκε, ανταποκρίθηκαν γρήγορα και αποτελεσματικά.. Ευχαριστούμε Θερμά όλη την ομάδα σας . Όταν επιστρέψουμε ξανά στην Μάλτα θα σας επιλέξουμε ξανά .

Very friendly and flexible host! We needed many last minute changes due to unforseen circumstances and the host did their very best to accommodate us. The apartment is fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay, including very comfortable pillows! Our whole family had the best sleep during our stay.

Lovely accommodation for me and my mum, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay, my mum is the worst critic and even she was impressed! Beds were comfy and we had everything to hand that we needed! Thank you to Burt and his team for a lovely stay!

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, ist sehr sauber und ist wie beschrieben. Also alles bestens.

Un'esperienza bellissima. La casa è davvero così bella come nelle foto. Come attrezzature ci sono addirittura delle cose in più rispetto all'annuncio. Molto graditi i complimenti (thè, biscotti etc) e i piccoli oggetti cosmetici. Nelle risposte sono stati molto veloci e Liz, spesso presente nello stabile, ci ha aiutati con varie questioni. Questo formato (stabile con sole case airbnb) è davvero un incrocio perfetto fra la comodità di un albergo e l'accoglienza di una casa. Speriamo di tornarci.

Wiele podróżujemy, ale jeszcze nikt nas tak nie ugościł jak Bert. Przepiękny apartament, zadbany, czysty, schludny. Wielki plus za gustowny wystrój. Wszystko co potrzebne było zapewnione, od przypraw po kawę, oliwę, a nie wszędzie można spotkać takie udogodnienia. Lokalizacja jest idealna, spokojna, blisko do przystanków autobusowych, do piekarni, restauracji. Poza tym właściciel przesyła wiele wskazówek i poleceń, a to się ceni. My z nich skorzystaliśmy! Gdybym miała wrócić to wróciłabym właśnie tutaj 😊

My dad and I had a great stay at Bert’s place. The location was really good, handy for Balluta bay & the Sliema ferry port (<10min walk). The apartment was exceptionally clean and well kitted out. The hosts were brilliant in providing recommendations on what to see & do. They were incredibly helpful in giving us an extended check out as our flight was not until the evening. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly & would stay here again if I were to come back to Malta! Thanks again.

Miejsce jest bardzo nowe, cicha i spokojna okolica, blisko przystanków autobusowych i promenady. W środku było wszystko czego potrzeba, podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni, czekała na nas butelka wody, wino i przekąski. Apartament był bardzo czysty i przyjemny, można było poczuć się jak w domu. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości, nie wiem czy można znaleźć lepsze miejsce

Logement de grande qualité dans un emplacement idéal pour rayonner à pied sur Sielma ou rejoindre le ferry, tout proche, pour La Valette. Emplacement très calme dans un quartier charmant tout proche des deux promenades du bord de mer. Hôte particulièrement attentionné et soucieux de la satisfaction client, communication très réactive et excellente. Logement hautement recommandé.
