Please note: We reserve the right to request a refundable damage deposit. This may be applied in cases where house rules are breached, or where damage, loss, or misuse occurs. For security and compliance, we use a trusted third-party verification system which includes guest identity verification and the signing of a short rental agreement covering potential damages and acknowledgment of house rules.
