Please note: We reserve the right to request a refundable damage deposit. This may be applied in cases where house rules are breached, or where damage, loss, or misuse occurs. Examples include, but are not limited to: Damage to furniture, fixtures, fittings, or appliances Broken utensils, crockery, or glassware Stains or burns on sofas, beds, or other furnishings Smoking inside the property Excessive cleaning required beyond normal use Loss of keys, keycards, or access devices Tampering with or damaging smart locks/keypads Misuse or damage to electrical systems, plumbing, or water heaters Disturbance or nuisance caused to neighbours (e.g. loud noise, parties) Unauthorized guests or overnight visitors not included in the booking Removal of any property belonging to the apartment Misuse of common areas (storage, refuse, etc.) Illegal activities carried out in or around the property The deposit, if applied, will be fully refundable provided no such breaches occur and the apartment is left in good order after check-out.
